The Ox Year is here! (:
Gong Xi Fa Cai
Chu yi was spent at my grandmother's place as usual. The usual relatives with the yearly routine every year.
Steamboat lunch, TV programmes, Mahjong, Ban Luck and also not forgetting cam-whoring by the professional photographer! (:
I personally love the blurred effect created by the Canon slr while focusing on Lovelle and me (:Dars say Lovelle is very pretty! (: and i love her lots! (:
The Braces Sisters!Shangfei put on braces just few days before CNY and she has difficulty eating and even drinking water. She claimed she has lost 3kg in just 1 week haha
Mummy requested Cousin Feng to help us take a family photo! (:and Dars say he bent a little to accomodate to my height cuz i am too short, rubbish!
It's like our tradition to take a Eng Family portrait every CNY! (:-
We went to my father's office on Chu er. It's was the usual liondance and playing with small kids to kill time while my parents were busy socialising haha.
After which, Dars came to pick me and off we went to his place as his parents invited all the relatives over. There were like super lots of people at his place!
The living room was so packed that we were standing at one sides and watching the gamblers playing Ban Luck. The Ban Luck table was full house that both us and jy couldn't squeeze in to play!
Lucky we have Baby to keep us company (: She's damn cute and funny as usual.
Being with such a big family really reminds me of being in Penang, so heartwarming! (:

Time really just zoooomed by!
One and half weeks of Year 3 sem 2 has just passed!
The solid state core had drowned me in South China Sea and worse, bury me under the sea bed. I totally dont know what the hell he is talking about! He was practically rocketing at the speed of light in the last lecture, as if he cant wait to tour the world in 2 hours! OMG HE IS THAT FAST!
Monday was my 1st inorganic lab. Not sure if it's lucky or not, I finished the experiment at 1pm. My group started with the easiest and fastest experiment so the jialat ones are all behind! OMO
This semester will also mark my ultra busy schedule in hall once again. It's the time of the year where we start preparing for DP. And clever me agrees to act as teacher in the upcoming TH Production. So in all, i will be busy with rehearsal, practices and performances all the way till March! GOOD JOB!
I already had 2 practices of dance and it's really nice being able to dance in the MFR again! (: Though i am suffering from muscle aches and stiff shoulders, i still feel damn good sweating and dancing! (: Happy that i quit Blast EMCC due to my bad fall in ubin if not i will have to be like superwoman rushing for all the different practices man.
Yes lately i am hooked on to the HK drama, Forensic Heros 2! (: The show is damn exciting and nice! (: I even dreamt of being in the show la, really day think night dream man!

I spent the past 2 days with Dars! (:
After which, we went on for early dinner before Dars sent me back hall for rehearsal (:
The current exhibition is about Singapore History and life in the past. We managed to get in to all the exhibition for free! (:
Upon entering the Singapore History Gallery, we were each given a companion which is responsible in explaining all the exhibits and all the stories too. I was damn amazed by the device! (:
The Living Galleries consists of different hall and each about different theme. There are in total 4 living galleries which are Photography, Fashion, Film and Wayang and Food. All these galleries showcase all classic oldies of Singapore History (:
A trip to the museum makes a different dating place for us! (: We enjoy looking at those exhibits and also taking lots of photos! (:
After walking for a few hours, we were so tired that we gave up halfway thus we did not complete the whole exhibition. Nevertheless, it is a good and fun trip! (:
YAY! we conquered National Museum of Singapore! (:
It's 2 down for our NY vouchers and we are also looking forward to completing our other 2 activities! (:
We watched Seven Pounds at AMK hub on Thursday. The movie's nice! Both storyline and Will Smith's acting is good man! (:

Of Penang Love! (: > 1:50 PM.
I was away for my annual Penang trip on 12 December 2008 to 21 December 2008! (:
It's a yearly event that we go back during December and also venture to other places. Last year we went Langkawi so this year, we choose to go Genting Highland! (:
We also have our annual BBQ gathering on the Saturday when we arrived. We invited those extended relatives over too so there were lots of people that night! So the night was spent swimming, eating, chatting, playing and not forgetting cam-whoring! (:
Oh yes, I tried all those MUST-EAT Penang food despite having gastric problem there. SHIOK! hahaAfter which, we went to Genting on Wednesday! (: We rented a super large apartment with 4 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Super spacious for the 20 of us! (:
We went to conquer the Themepark on Day 2! I must say all of us had lots of fun! (:
I have yet to try Spaceshot cause I think it's damn scary! Imagine the feeling of your heart sinking is like OMG to me!
Though i have been going to Penang every year, I am still very much looking forward to the trip every year!I really like the feeling of a big family gathering together and going on trip thus i treasure the time i spent in Penang every year (:
Not forgetting i will be able to play with JiaTian, Suzanne, Zoe, Jiaxin and Jason! (:
I also enjoy doing stupid and foolish stuff with my cousins! I feel like a young kid once again when i am with them! (:

Sing Sing Sing at KBox! > 11:57 PM.
We went to E Hub! at Downtown to sing ktv earlier! (:
The four of us were given quite a big room and we had the tapas student meal for all where we sang from 2pm to 6pm.
Something to note: It's the first time i heard Dars sing! okay apart from Happy Birthday song (: and it's not bad! We must master that duet okay?
After singing for 4 hours, we were all freezing inside the room but we still managed to take group photos before we left! (:It was a fun day spent with the Sim siblings! (:

2+2+1 date at Pulau Ubin! (: > 11:42 AM.
The couple together with Bel and Danny and Chee Hao went for our ubin outing yesterday! (:
It started when we meet at Changi terminal for brunch and off we went to ubin!
The weather was gloomy and humid but at least it is not that hot. Overall nice weather i would say! (:
We cycled to Chek Jawa first then to the new viewing tower and also the mangrove boardwalk area. It is also the place where we experienced the passing rain and we had to run to the nearest shelter asap!
Our last stop will be Ketam Mountain Bike Park near the OBS compound. The route were quite challenging and there were also obstacles where bikers can play with. I would say it's fun! Bel even took videos of the 3 guys conquering the bike see-saw! (:And yes, it's also the place where i met with a minor accident. I fell on my left knee and now it's swelling with some cuts! I still fell down despite my mother's reminder when i left home in the morning and also my own constant reminder to be careful! sianz
Though i fell and injure myself, I still had lots of fun over at ubin! (:It's the first time i went ubin with Dars, first time i went on double date and it's with Bel and Danny and also first time i went out with Chee Hao! (:
Many first-time experiences with the fun company makes the trip a great one! (:
I am so looking forward to more double dates and also trips with Dars gang! (:

My Four Silly Friends > 1:51 AM.
My silly friends got lost driving in NUS looking for Temasek Hall!
To make things worse, there is a NUS student among them. Yet they complain that I did not give them clear instruction for them to navigate to the destination. NICE!
After spending like 15minutes touring NUS, they finally spotted me waiting for them! It's cool to chat with them along the road though it's just a short few minutes and also nice to see Jeremy and wc this time round (:
My four silly friends never failed to make me laugh with tears with their actions and stuff.

NYE was spent with Dars and his family bbq-ing and countdowning at ECP. Despite our close proximity to Marina Bay, we were unable to catch the fireworks performance but we heard the loud bangs made by the fireworks (:
It's nice just lazing around playing games, chatting about everything under the moonlight and simply being with Dars! (:
In addition, I gave myself an new image for 2009! (: Bangified!
