I am preparing to meet the girls for lunch at MOF marina and maybe some light shopping before going back hall to start on my Psychology mid term preparation. I have tons of pages to cover for this 100MCQ mid term test! ):

Hurray!

The long awaited mid semester break is finally here! (:
This semester really fly past before i am able to actually sit down to recall what constructive work I have actually done excepts only lab reports and more lab reports.

But this 1 week break is no joke either! It is packed with test preparations, term paper and also stats projects! ):

Yesterday was dars birthday dinner with the family. We had seafood feast at Clarke Quay Jumbo (: Shall wait for the main lead to post the photos up!

I just came back from dars birthday celebration! (: It was a fun filled evening with loads of surprises, food and cam-whoring! My pinky is with dars now as he will be bringing it to capture those happy moments he would have with the guys at Genting.

Therefore, photos and birthday entry will be up asap he is back in Singapore! (: And also hope dars will have a great time in Genting and not forgetting to win more money from Uncle Lim!

Blk Dee had a post Mid Autumn Festival Celebration last night at the RF rooftop! (:

the Blk comm organized games and provided lanterns, mooncakes and drinks for every residents!

of course the D3 girls went down to join in the fun! and also hype up the whole event! (:

and and and D3 won the peel-and-eat-the-pomelo competition! we are like how pro (:

after which we went strolling at the carpark with our pretty lanterns and admiring the bright round moon.

a good ending to this year's mid autumn festival (:

Temasek Hall 2oth Anniversary cum Dinner and Dance 2008
The RED Carpet

So it was a night full of fun, laughter, food, games and lots of good lucky draw prizes up for grabs!

The D3 girls who attended are Ellen, Chailing, Minsun, AnLi, Cynthia, Shunwei and me. We are sharing Table 9 together with Hammy and Willie. (:

As the theme is glam Hollywood, the girls decided to be pretty by wearing black dresses and gold accessories! also to fit the Hollywood style, we bought guns along and named ourselves Women in Black!

The food was great and the MTV shot by the pageant contestents were damn funny! and of course the most exciting part will be photo-taking, photo-taking and more photo-taking after the whole DnD ended! (:


also, this year's DnD marked a special night for me too! I won an ice cream maker in the lucky draw! (: it's was my FIRST time ever winning something from a lucky draw! though it's just a small prize, at least shows that i do have lady luck with me (:

the whole event ended at about 1130pm and we were all chased out of the function room. but the D3 girls brought the camhwhoring back to TH carpark (:

we took lots of stupid photos like boyband shots and not forgetting, our own version of pageant photos! haha

Happy 19th Monthsary to Dars and Baby!

thanks for being there for me and thanks for showering me with your umlimited LOVE! (:

i am such a blessed girl (:

but we are unable to see each other today as i will be having 2 tuitions followed by studying for my lab test tomorrow ):

i feel that we are seeing each other lesser this semester as we are not taking any same modules together and with our absolutely different timetable. though i am less involved in hall commitmenets, more time is spent on mugging for tests and finishing up my lab reports while dars had to attend project meetings and lab sessions. and my weekends are always occupied by tuitions. we have not gone for our usual Friday Hot Date since the start of this semester. even my parents also wonder and ask why i did not go dating with dars!

i dunno if absence makes the heart grew fonder but seriously i am still not really quite used to not seeing him as often as i usually do.

anyway once again Happy 19th and DARS I LOVE YOU! (:

and yes, yesterday the legendary and original batch of D3 girls had our very own steamboat again! this time round the location was shifted to D3 short wing (:

the steamboat started off rather awkwardly quiet. i guess it's cause everyone dead hungry by then and also we are missing the presence of Julie who is in NY now for exchange! but once we started to fill our stomach, the nonsenses, laughter, jokes and screams came along too! (:

we took tons of photos but i am only putting up 3 collages. it's just too difficult to select funny and stupid photos! haha but the full version can be found on facebook (:

the steamboat had Minsun and Shimin got into a fight! they played the "unhooked-each-other's-bra" game and Minsun occasional screaming at Shimin with her native rapid Korean set the rest laughing like MAD! it's really like in some typical Korean drama (:

when we were full, we get HIGH!

while waiting for ellen to be back from her soccer training and finished up the food, Minsun taught us some Korean games! initially she was playing some flipping hands game with me and she totally bullied me by slapping damn hard whenever i was wrong!

the next game she taught us was some catching mice game which i think there is a chinese version being played also. BUT we did it in the Korean way which include saying everything in Korean! we learnt Korean through silly games! (: it was really fun and i think we really create a big din last night with our screaming, shouting and laughter! shimin who went for interview session at D4, came down just to find out what the hell are we doing and also joined in the FUN in the end! (:

the night ended with everyone feeling super tired, from all the heavy laughter we had! and i seriously "laughed till my stomachache".

the crazy batch of D3 girls never filled to make me do even more stupid and silly stuff than i usual do. they also never filled to bring laughter to all the events and activities we had! (: the past year with them has made my hall life even more memorable and it's priceless! thanks girls for all the fun and wonderful memories! (:

I just had a long HTHT session with dars over the phone. i like!

we talked about practically everything under the sun. from the present stuff till the future. from the latest gossips to studies till money, buying house and cars (:

it's just how miracle that he managed to read my mind without me saying anything and how i able to understand him inside out!

i guess that's how wonderful our relationship is. i feel that our relationship has progressed to another level of special bonding between us (:

I have got SUPERPOWER! call me superwoman (:

dars parents send zilin to US so were not at home for 10days and they brought the letterbox key over too thus dars was unable to get any letters for that period.

nancy and dars tried attempting to pick some letters out since the whole letterbox's full but only managed to get 3 out. BUT my tiny fingers managed to clear the WHOLE letterbox of letters and waste papers out in 1 attempt! amazing right? dars was shocked by my newly found special talent! (: nancy thought the postman cleared their stuff cuz the letterbox was full!

Dars parents were back from US last sunday! and i got a gift specially flown from US (:

It's a cow wearing the CAL shirt which represent University of California (Berkeley)! it's how cute (: It's like reminding me of dars and zilin at the same time whenever i see it (: i haven name it yet so shall starting brainstorming for a suitable name.
it's been about 2 weeks since zilin went over US. it's good to hear that she is good and everything's fine for her (: i believe she will have a wonderful 4years over there!

nancy mentioned about going US next summer to visit zilin and also dropping by Las Vegas! omg if we are going then both dars and i must fulfil our wish and "PARTY LIKE YOU ARE IN VEGAS"! (: omg the thought of going oversea excite me again!

I had a wonderful weekend! except the lab reporting part that is.

being part of these happy moments truly warms my heart and make me felt blessed (:

TEMASEK IS HOME! TEMASEK IS ABOUT YOU AND ME!

We had a super long convocation dinner this year with touching speeches and presentation, excellent performance from TH Dance and Xinyao and also not forgetting the certificate giving ceremony.

Watching the video tech crew made for the graduating seniors brings back lots of wonderful memories i had in Temasek Hall. My 2 years here were filled with laughter, fun and lots of happiness (:

the d3 girls were all discussing that they cant wait to graduate from Temasek Hall so that we will be able to come back in our grad grown and receive the blessing from all Temasekians being stepping into next phase of life (:

no worries as my turn is coming next year! I LOVE TH (:

(: we grew up together from the young childish seconday one girl who always hang around in school after cca, go westmall and lot one together for lunches, go swimming mahjong at mar's house till now all pretty lovely ladies who will be entering the working society soon. our friendship is definitely something i cherish and treasure! (:
