Intended to blog a week ago, but I never fail to find a excuse for myself to procrastinate to the next day. bad. so here a SNOWBALLED post..haha.
Today's baby's first day of wrk at Recruit Express, and according to her its not exactly a pleasant first day of work. Her mentor had chided her for not being efficient, but what more can you actually expect from a person first day into the job? Anyway, I will regard baby's experience as part and parcel of working life. You meet good superiors, good for you, You meet stucked-up superiors, just do your part and don't take anything else personal. Afterall, we don't owe them a living. On my part, afternoons without baby to chat to definitely needs some getting used to and I slept through it today. haha.

and yes, just like other normal couples we went to the zoo for dating on Thursday. though it was kinda a last min affair, both of us enjoyed ourselves lots (:
we are awaiting to start our zoo expedition after purchasing our tickets at the ticketing counter.

i am back to reality! > 1:10 AM.
i just signed my contract today with recruit express.
i will be part of the recruitment consultant family, helping job seekers find suitable jobs and sourcing for the correct candidates for certain posts. i do hope i can learn something from this job and of course praying that the working environment will be friendly and fun! (:
no wonder how much i wish to be tai-tai (where money will just drop from the sky), i need to wake up from my dream and start working hard to earn more money this summer holiday! slack no more for me!
a simple dinner and chit-chat session over drinks with dars is just enough to bring a S M I L E (: on my face!

i guess this is reality.
initially i am worried over having no job offers but now when 2 offers came knocking my door, i am stress as to what is the best decision.
one offers experiences with low pay but the other offers slightly higher pay doing the same routine duties.
which one should i choose? experiences over money?

i caught what happens in vegas with dars at causeway today. i finally got to watch this highly recommended show (:
i would say that it's light hearted romance comedy and nice! but i dont think it's worth a $10 on weekend.
before the show, we had our super late lunch at crystal jade (:
dars been craving for dim sum from ever since before the exams so tata we were damn full throughout the whole evening!
after which we went home for a sumptuous dinner prepared by my mother and also yang zhi gan lu as dessert (: yummy!going down for job interview at yishun tomorrow. hope to receive good news from this job cause it's a reputable company in medical equipment industry (:
lastly, i would like to thank my wonderful dars for being there for me! (:

i dread the days of slacking and with nothing better to do!
with most of my tutees having post exams activities, i only had 1 tuition this weekend instead of the usual 3. that explains why i am super bored at home ):
margaret introduced this taiwanese idol drama - Fated to love you (: to me. and i have spent the pass 1day watching the show online! i must say it's not a bad show (: i personally like the female lead's acting skill.
i have lots of activities and stuff waiting to be cleared or wish to do. i need to decide on the venue for my party, the food and also maybe theme for the party. the guest list is more or less done so not that bad. hope to be able to get somewhere better than chalet with my limited budget. and of course, i want my party to be the best (:
i want to go 1degree15 to suntan gym and swim so i hope yu lei will pass her driving soon (: i want the tai-tai feel haha.
i want to watch lots of movies, spend time with dars and also go on romantic dates with dars! (: which come to a point that dars has yet to clear the 3dates that he owed me!
i also hope to be able to go on a short getaway with dars! (: batam's not a bad choice cause i heard that it's cheap and nice (:
i want to go shopping! i want to buy lots of new stuff for myself! i also want to do my hair!
in another words, i just want to spend money to pamper myself which means i need lots of MONEY!
in short, i need a job!

i am glad to see her after 3 months! (: and we chatted about almost everything under the sun.
i hope that she can pass her driving in june and she can drive me to Sentosa in her apple green beetle for some chill-out and tanning session at 1degree15 again! (:

I heart birthday parties! (: > 11:36 AM.
as i mentioned in my previous entry, i attended three 21st parties this week!
following are all the photos of the parties (:
the first party was diana's 21st at tanjong rhu (: no photos cause i did not bring my camera and my phone camera just sucks haha. the party though not anything big scale but i would say is heart warming. i love the special pink lychee martini cake!
next was anli's party on sat! the day started with me being sick which caused me to be the latest of all the D3 girls. initially the girls were rather quiet which i guess is due to we seeing each other for too many days, practically for the whole 3weeks! but we get warmed up after i took out my camera (:
the birthday girl - anli with her strawberry ice-cream cake from Swensen's after which, we sent our korean neighbour minsun to the airport. and it was a cam-whoring session once again from anli's place to the airport (:
we had super late dinner at fish&co (: 9 of us went down to send minsun off! she was joking that she was not leaving for good and will be back in 2months time. it's was a super fun trip at the airport! (:
on mother's day, we went to celebrate shunwei's 21st (:
and as usual the cam-whoring starts once my camera was out in the light! D3 girls just simply love to take photos and more photos! (:

been 1 week after my last paper.
i went job searching and been to 2 interviews. i would say it is rather tough to get a decent vacation job now, considering that diploma grads are searching for perm jobs too.
yes and indeed it is really tough. cause out of the few job offers, i rejected for either the pay is low or the location is damn far so now i am still officially jobless!
today's interview was okay so i hope i will be chosen and money will start pouring into my bank account! though it is the usual boring desk bound admin job but i guess i am left with no other better choices.
i just went to three 21st birthday parties last week and i would say i have a better idea on how i want my party to be. i also know more about ordering buffet and also on choosing birthday cake.
i want my birthday party to be something nice, warming, special and memorable for me and also all my friends who attend (:

A much needed break..finally. or is it not? > 2:12 AM.
ok baby has been complaining about the lack of posts by yours truly and so i guess it is high time to add a post in order to pacify her...at least for the moment. haha. baby, its not that i do not want to blog...its just that i do not have the habit of blogging. My friends should know that I closed down my previous blog eons ago only after 2 posts. LOL
finally the exams are over for me..and the beginning of a much needed break from the books also signalled the impending start of sem3 this coming monday. Will be taking EC1301 Principle of Economics, so time to dig out my trusty dusty old TJC Economics notes hehe.
Haven't really had a proper rest since my last paper, chilled out with the guys immediately that nite, helped baby shift out of hostel the next day, and managed to catch a movie at GV Yishun after dinner at baby's place. Resumed pre-exams weekly soccer game this morning and just came back from a BBQ gathering at Ian's place. SHAGGED.
Had a nice catch up with the guys with the guest appearance of 2 ladies, Sophia and Huizhen. It's not often we have full attendence for such occassions and yes it was great. No pics though, not surprising. haha we never had the habit of taking photos during our meetups. The fact is we have known each other for 10 god damm years and the photos we took tgt is probably less than 10!!
Baby, recently hasn't been too happy with me and I do not know why. Have I really changed?

dars ended his exams on thursday but we did not actually celebrate our liberation until friday.
we met for lunch then back hall to pack and i concluded that i have lesser stuff this year!
after we showered and a super delicious dinner at my place, we head to yishun gv for movie!
it's been ages since we last watched a movie and we caught Ironman (: i can say that this movie's nice and rating: 4stars out of 5.
dars was supposed to act fierce but in the end, he did not! he is such a spoiler!anyway, it was a nice night out with dars and i would like to say a BIG thank-you to you for helping me shift home! (:
ps: dars will be attending special semester this year and i am going for a job interview on monday! (:

i am not your toy where you can play with me when you feel like it, treat me as your dearest dear then throw me aside when you have other better things to attend to or other fun-loving friends to entertain.
we may know each other for years and i do value you as someone important to me but that does not feel you any reason to treat me like this.
i may not be the vocal one but please respect my feeling. i am beginning to hate everything. hate it when things are not getting the way i want them to be.
